Important Offer Terms

These terms and requirements apply to all offers sent by this forwarder. It is the shopper's responsibility to read and understand these terms before ordering. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Terminology

Shopper

You — the one having something shipped to your country.

Forwarder

Me — the one who will be shipping your order to you.

Importer

You — the one importing the item(s).

Exporter

Me — the one exporting and shipping your order to you.

Shipping Address & Label Limitations

I will ship to the address you provide after I confirm it with you. I do not automatically assume your PayPal address is your shipping address.

The shopper must ensure:

  • The address matches all payment details
  • No line in the address exceeds 35 characters
  • No diacritics or non-English characters are used
  • If multiple payments are made, all addresses must match exactly

Note: USPS shipping labels support most alphabets, but for FedEx and DHL, use plain Latin characters.

Undeliverable, Rejected, or Refused Deliveries

The shopper is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. The forwarder is not responsible for undeliverable or refused shipments.

If a shipment returns to the forwarder, the shopper must cover:

  • Return shipping & handling costs
  • Reshipping & storage fees (if applicable)

Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier or label provider and refer to business days, not calendar days.

These are not guaranteed and do not include weekends or holidays. The forwarder is not responsible for carrier delays.

Forwarder Availability

I typically reply and process orders within 24–72 hours. Even if I'm unavailable to ship, I can usually be reached for inquiries or new offers.

Please note the time difference — my local date and time are listed on the website for reference.

Customs

The forwarder is not responsible for customs delays or import fees/taxes charged by your government. All customs forms will accurately reflect the contents and value of your shipment, marked as "Merchandise," not "Gift."

If you request a Customs Value Modification, note that:

  • Altering declared value on customs forms can be illegal
  • May void insurance or cause fines/seizures
  • The importer (you) assumes all risks and responsibility

Insurance Overview

The forwarder is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft after drop-off. Insurance is optional, and the shopper accepts full risk if choosing to go uninsured.

Claims and processing times depend on the carrier and insurer. Approval or denial of claims is solely at their discretion.

FedEx, UPS, or DHL Shipments

Insurance may be provided by a third-party insurer, the carrier, or a combination of both. Minimum values and restrictions may apply.

USPS Shipments

Currently, USPS insurance is only available directly from the USPS. Priority Mail and Express Mail can be insured, usually up to $5,000 USD.

For full coverage, it's better to use FedEx, UPS, or Asendia, where third-party insurers can be used.

Payment & Purchase Assistance

Cleared Payment

No action will be taken until payment is cleared. For Purchase Assistance, items are bought only after the funds are fully transferred.

Purchase Assistance

Purchase Assistance is available only for merchants accepting Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or PayPal.

Not available for:

  • Age-restricted items (tobacco, alcohol, weapons, cannabis products)
  • Merchants requiring bank transfers, crypto, or wire payments
  • Stores outside the USA requiring customs duties

Prohibited Items

The importer must know their country's import laws. Items containing alcohol, certain vaping products, or hazardous materials may be restricted.

Shipping cannabis or THC-derived items is prohibited. CBD products are usually allowed but must comply with local THC limits (≤ 0.3%). ITAR regulations prohibit exporting weapons and parts.

Prohibited items may cause shipment rejection or destruction and are not eligible for refunds.

Additional Important Terms

Transaction Currency

All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD), denoted as "$".

Payment Limits

Each transaction is limited to $500 USD before processing fees. Larger orders will be split into multiple payments.

Nonrefundable Fees

Payment processor fees are nonrefundable — typically 4.4% + $0.30 USD per transaction. Refunds exclude these fees and any costs already incurred.

Once shipped, insurance is the sole method for reimbursement. If declined, the shopper accepts full responsibility for any loss or issue.
